2004 saw the end of this long road through history. Pasta Berruto SpA unites the two main brands Arrighi and Italpasta in a single company. This capitalises on the synergies between the two companies and creates greater competitivity in the production of pasta of every type and exploits the years of experience of both companies over the decades.

Pasta Berruto is still strongly focused on the global export market: its worldwide presence and solidity were further enhanced with the entry of the Webcor group, an important holding company.
