6. Which are the rights of the involved individuals.

The involved party will exercise, relating to the data processing herewith described, the rights fixed by the GDPR (artt. 15-21), included:
  • To receive confirmation of Data existence and to access their content (access right);
  • To update, modify and/or correct Data (rectification right);
