Black Spaghetti Gluten Free
Ingredients
(for 4 people)
400 g of gluten-free spaghetti Berruto 1881
400 g of prawns
300 g of pitted black olives in brine
1/2 clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Cook the pasta and, a few minutes before draining it, add the previously cleaned prawns directly into the pot
- While cooking the pasta, chop the olives with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and a few spoonfuls of the pasta cooking water
- Drain pasta and prawns, then season everything with the olive cream
