Our Cavatelli are a tribute to the Molisane cuisine to which we have combined Provola and Potatoes. A perfect solution for the whole family.

Ingredients

140 g Cavatelli

200 g Potatoes

150 g of provolone

100 g of Onion

50 g of Celery

300 g of tomato sauce

Parmesan to taste

Salt to taste.

Preparation

  1. Let's fry the onion
  2. Add the celery and potatoes and continue to fry
  3. Let's boil the Cavatelli
  4. Drain the pasta and toss it in the sauce
  5. Add the Provola and Parmesan
