Our TRUFFLE TAGLIATELLE is a tasty and refined dish. The aroma of the truffle is enhanced by the neutral taste of the sauce, which in addition to the parsley and a pinch of garlic welcomes and strengthens its flavor thanks to the champignon mushrooms.
These Tagliatelle are produced with durum wheat semolina and are a "ready-to-heat" product, i.e. to be heated in the microwave for 3 minutes for al dente cooking or by adding boiling water and waiting 3-5 minutes.
