Strozzapreti with Bacon and Zucchini

Ingredients

(for 2 people)

160 g of Strozzapreti

75 g diced bacon

1/2 onion

1 courgette

Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Pepper as needed

Preparation

  1. Bring the water to a boil, add a pinch of coarse salt and pour the cooking pasta
  2. Meanwhile, brown the bacon cubes (without adding ingredients)
  3. Slice the onion with the mandolin and brown it with the natural fat of the bacon, brown it
  4. Add the pieces of courgette already washed and cut, then pour the pasta and add the browned pancetta
  5. Sauté the pasta to mix it with the sauce and serve
