Ingredients
(for 2 people)
160 g of Strozzapreti
75 g diced bacon
1/2 onion
1 courgette
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Pepper as needed
Preparation
- Bring the water to a boil, add a pinch of coarse salt and pour the cooking pasta
- Meanwhile, brown the bacon cubes (without adding ingredients)
- Slice the onion with the mandolin and brown it with the natural fat of the bacon, brown it
- Add the pieces of courgette already washed and cut, then pour the pasta and add the browned pancetta
- Sauté the pasta to mix it with the sauce and serve
