Our LINGUINETTE | N ° 7 are part of the large selection of Pasta ARRIGHI produced only and exclusively with durum wheat semolina. They are also known by the name of Trenette or by the name of Bavette.
Thanks to the flattened section and the slightly convex shape, this type of pasta is perfect for enhancing the sauce. Linguinette (or Linguine if you prefer) with Pesto, Beans and Potatoes are the typical expression of Ligurian tables.

Trenette are Linguine with a square section with greater thickness but less width; the bavette, on the other hand, are a type of squashed spaghetti with a rectangular section, of medium thickness; lastly the linguine which have the same length as spaghetti, but are flat instead of cylindrical.
