Cavatelli with Zucchini and crispy bacon
Ingredients
(2 people)
160 g of cavatelli Berruto 1881
3 zucchini (small)
100 g of bacon
Salt to taste.
Preparation
- Cook the cavatelli in abundant salted water
- Slice the courgettes and cut the bacon into cubes
- Put both ingredients in a pan and cook them over low heat for the same cooking time as the pasta
- Drain the pasta, saving some of the cooking water
- Add the zucchini and bacon to the mix and let it whisk for 2 min., Then serve
