Pasta Zoo with Meatballs

Ingredients
(for 4 people)
250 gr. of ZOO pasta
400 gr. of mixed minced veal/pork meat
600 gr. ripe tomatoes
fantasy “peas, carrots, courgettes, potatoes”
salt, oil and basil

Preparation
With the minced meat we make small meatballs and brown them in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil until golden.
Cut the tomato into chunks, add it to the meatballs in the pan and cook for about ten minutes.
Season with salt and add a few basil leaves.
We add the pasta, when it is cooked properly, drain and season with the sauce and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
If you want to offer your children vegetables that they love, play with them and with your imagination.
add peas, carrots, potatoes to the sauce or do as the game inspires you.
