Spaghetti with Four Tomatoes
Ingredients
1 ready tomato pulp
2 copper tomatoes or 8 fresh cherry tomatoes
4-5 dried tomatoes, soaked and chopped
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
Garlic, extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste.
Spicy chilli pepper (if desired)
Preparation
Slice the fresh copper tomatoes and finely chop the dried tomatoes.
In a pan, fry the garlic and extra virgin olive oil, then add the ready tomato pulp and season with salt.
Combine the fresh copper tomatoes and the chopped dried tomatoes, add the tomato paste and cook everything over a low heat for about 20 minutes.
If you want a touch of spiciness, add some hot pepper to taste.
