Strascinati in cauliflower and blueberry cream

Only 3 ingredients, for a unique dish!

Have you ever paired cauliflower with blueberries? If there are the Strascinati to join them, you can! And the result is truly delicious!

Ingredients

(per person)

80 gr strascinati

70 gr of cauliflower

A handful of blueberries

Preparation

1) Bring the water to a boil, I recommend without salt to leave the taste of the pasta unaltered! In the meantime, wash the blueberries and cauliflower.

2) Blanch the cauliflower in water for 7-8 minutes. Also chop a part of raw cauliflower. Drain the cauliflower and cook the strascinati. Meanwhile, blend the cooked cauliflower with a blender together with a pinch of salt and a ladle of cooking water.

3) Sauté the blueberries and the chopped cauliflower in a pan, the cream obtained and sauté the strascinati together. Enjoy this pasta in simplicity!
