Ingredients
140 g Strozzapreti
a pinch Coarse salt
1 clove of garlic
300 grams of Basil
100 grams of pine nuts
200 grams of Parmesan and Pecorino
Oil to taste
100 grams of potatoes
100 grams of green beans
Preparation
- Put salt and garlic in the mortar and start rotating the pestle
- Add the Basil
- Add Parmesan and Pecorino
- Add Oil
- Boil potatoes and green beans and then pasta
- Drain and add the Pesto
