Our PIOMBI | N ° 274 are little gems that stimulate our imagination in the kitchen. They are part of the large selection of Pasta ARRIGHI produced only and exclusively with durum wheat semolina. The shape is designed to adapt to the most varied preparations but especially in the first dishes with spoon.
We have also thought of them for the preparation of the tabbouleh or tabulè which is an Arab dish from the Near East, belonging to the Levantine cuisine. It consists of a parsley-based salad with finely chopped bulgur, spring onions and mint and chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, all seasoned with lemon juice and olive oil.
