Mediterranean pasta

Ingredients
- 200 g of Spaghettini
- 100 g of cherry tomatoes
- 100 g of spreadable cheese
- 5 walnut kernels
- 1 generous bunch of basil leaves
- 5 anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon of Taggiasca olives
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (EVO)
Preparation
Preparation of the sauce:
Bring a pan of salted water to boil.
In the meantime, in a blender, add the cherry tomatoes, the spreadable cheese, the walnut kernels, the basil, the anchovy fillets, the Taggiasca olives and the EVO oil.
Blend everything until you obtain a smooth cream. The sauce is ready.
Cooking pasta:
When the water reaches the boil, add the Arrighi Spaghettini and cook according to the times indicated on the package.
Seasoning:
Drain the pasta al dente and season it with the cold-prepared sauce.
Mix well to distribute the sauce evenly throughout the pasta.
Service:
Plate and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
