Paccheri with Italian sea

Ingredients

(for 2 people)

120 g Paccheri
3 shelled shrimp tails
3 squid
2 scallops
10 clams
80 g croaker
1 lobster
datterini
basil
extra virgin olive oil
salt
garlic
fish soup
onions
carrots

Preparation

Clean the fish by removing the fish bones, peel the prawns and clean the scallops by removing the shell. The prawns are split in half with a knife. Make the fish broth with the bones and the shell of the prawns. In a pan put whole garlic, chopped onions and carrots and sauté. Add the seafood and cook with the fish broth. Remove the garlic. Boil the water for the pasta. Halfway through cooking, combine the pasta with the other ingredients, add the datterini tomatoes, basil and EVO oil.
