Organic Tagliatelle with Lavender scent

Telecupole has collected a really delicious and extremely simple recipe prepared by Don Luigi Lauro of the Diocese of Albenga - Imperia
Ingredients
(for 4 people)
• Tagliatelle 380 g
• 50 g. of butter
• extra virgin olive oil
• Breadcrumbs
• Lavender flowers cleaned and chopped
• Rosemary
• Pecorino cheese
• Salt
Preparation
- Put the Tagliatelle in a saucepan full of boiling water
- In a pan, heat the butter
- Add the extra virgin olive oil and the breadcrumbs
- Pour in lavender flowers and a little rosemary
- Once cooked, drain the pasta and toss it in the sauce for a few seconds
- If desired, add Pecorino
