Telecupole has collected a really delicious and extremely simple recipe prepared by Don Luigi Lauro of the Diocese of Albenga - Imperia

 

Ingredients

(for 4 people)

• Tagliatelle 380 g

• 50 g. of butter

• extra virgin olive oil

• Breadcrumbs

• Lavender flowers cleaned and chopped

• Rosemary

• Pecorino cheese

• Salt

Preparation

  1. Put the Tagliatelle in a saucepan full of boiling water
  2. In a pan, heat the butter
  3. Add the extra virgin olive oil and the breadcrumbs
  4. Pour in lavender flowers and a little rosemary
  5. Once cooked, drain the pasta and toss it in the sauce for a few seconds
  6. If desired, add Pecorino
