Frittata di Spaghetti

SPAGHETTI FRITTATA (anti-waste recipe)

Ingredients

(for 4 people)

300 g of Spaghetti

3 eggs

1 courgette (small)

50 g of diced bacon

70 g of spicy Provolone

Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Preparation

Leftover spaghetti?

  1. Take the spaghetti cooked and cooled to room temperature
  2. Add eggs, diced bacon, finely grated courgette and diced Provolone
  3. Mix everything well and pour into a non-stick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  4. Cover with a lid and cook for a few minutes on both sides
  5. Dry the excess oil with absorbent paper and serve in slices
