Ingredients

(for 4 people)

  • 400 g of Maltagliati
  • 2 Carmagnola peppers (1 yellow and 1 red)
  • 150 g of Bra sausage
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • Parsley to taste
  • EVO oil to taste
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation

For the sausage

Fry the sausage in extra virgin olive oil
Chop the onion and garlic together and brown them slowly with the sausage for 15 minutes
 

For the peppers

Wash and clean the peppers
Cut into chunks and cook them in a non-stick pan
Once cooked, add them to the sausage
 

For the pasta and plating

Boil the maltagliati in boiling, salted water
Drain the pasta after about 7 minutes. cooking time and add it to the peppers and sausage
Mix everything well and serve, adding parsley as a decoration if desired.
