Spaghetti from Alta Val Merula

Ingredients

(for 2 people)

Durum wheat spaghetti 180 Gr

"parish" extra virgin olive oil

Taggiasca olives

Garlic

Chili

Preparation

  1. Bring salted water to a boil
  2. Cook the spaghetti
  3. Meanwhile, in a pan, rekindle the extra virgin olive oil and then add the garlic and fresh chillies, already cleaned and chopped
  4. Drain the pasta al dente and add it to the sauce in the pan
  5. Serve by adding a few pitted Taggiasca olives
