Tagliatelle are ideal with Bolognese sauce or for vegetarians with the ARRIGHI Veg Bolognese Sauce which is a soy sauce. The Tagliatelle, however, are also excellent with creamy vegetable sauces; to whet the most refined palates, discover the Tagliatelle with courgettes and cherry tomatoes.
We also tried them with our ARRIGHI SAUCES and they are super because they have an excellent cooking resistance. You will notice it at the first bite.

DID YOU KNOW THAT: It was the Italian Academy of Cuisine, after carrying out investigations, that described the width of the Bolognese tagliatella: cooked and served on the table corresponds to the 12,270th part of the height of the Torre degli Asinelli and precisely to the rigorous measurement of 8 mm; the thickness is not codified but the connoisseurs maintain that it must be between six and eight tenths of a millimeter; about the length the proverb “conti corti e tajadei long” applies. A sample of gold tagliatella, donated by the Academy to the Bologna Chamber of Commerce, is exposed for any disputes!
