Fusilli what a choice!
Fusilli are one of the most long-lived and appreciated pasta shapes in Italy and in the world. In ancient times they were worked by hand in the kitchens of the wealthiest families by twisting, with a quick gesture, a piece of spaghetti around a knitting needle. They take their name from the "spindle", the tool used by spinners.
